A Grid control is used to display tabular data in a column and row format. The <Grid /> element of XAML represents a Grid control. In this article, I will disucss how to use Grid control in XAML.
Creating a Grid
The <Grid /> element creates a Grid in XAML, which supports properties similar to other XAML elements. For example, the following code creates a Grid control and sets the width, height, and background color.

Adding Grid Columns
You need to use <ColumnDefinition /> element to add a column to the Grid control. The following code adds four columns to the grid.

The <RowDefinition /> element adds a row to the grid. The following code adds 3 rows to a grid.
